So they're cutting NASA's budget again, even though many of our modern devises came out of projects developed by that agency.
It is simply another indication of the mindset of this group who is leading our country when they feel that hundreds of millions spent to destroy lives and property is a good investment, but a quarter of that is to much to spend on science that benefits the whole world.
It is sad that the voters are continually deceived by a group who tell them they are for peace and prosperity and then continue with actions that promote violence and reduce world prosperity.
They say they want to protect us from the terrorists, and then act like the terrorists they say they are protecting us from. It seems that Bush would simply like the power to line up those he feels are guilty and shoot them just like the Talaban, but after he cuts off a few parts to see what they can tell him, but he is so disappointed that he must deal with annoyances such as the Constitution and Civil liberties which limit his power to control us and over see the lives of the people in His world.
He is of course the President and so he is above the Commons law in his mind. Which is why he sees no problem with his signing statements which are basically re-writing the laws congress have made and are sending him to ratify or veto, not to change, which would be and is against the separation of powers section of that old piece of paper that annoies him so much,
